We have started to post videos on diytube.video/channel/210. These videos are meant to help our customers to learn more about their pool and spa equipment and how to keep it in the best condition for ultimate enjoyment. We try to always follow the latest national codes but codes change often and our viewers should always make sure to follow their local codes.
We want you to learn from the videos that we post and welcome anyone to submit questions they would like us to address. Send your questions and comments to [email protected]
We have put some of our older videos on the site and will be adding video as time goes on. The videos are based on questions we have been asked. They are compiled using our varied experiences in the field and based on the knowledge we have acquired over the years from various sources including manufacturers, their representatives and training seminars, equipment suppliers, their tech departments, local officials, manuals, code books and other techs in the field.
Some of the best knowledge our customers can get is from the manuals that come with their equipment. We always recommend that you “read and understand” your manuals and keep them in a safe place so that you can refer to them when you have a problem. They are usually a good source of information. If you have a question on what a manual is referring to send the question to us at [email protected] and we will try to help you out.
We hope that you will enjoy and learn from our videos. We do not have a studio and the videos are done “off the cuff” so to speak. We review them to try to keep them as accurate as possible. If you see a mistake please let us know so we can make corrections. We choose topics on our own whims or from questions asked us. We prefer to answer questions, but without them, we do what we think will help. So ask away!
