Shipping
Default shipping for most orders under $500 is UPS 2-Day service. Exceptions to this include specials which are shipped the most cost efficient method possible, whole goods (complete items such as complete pumps, complete spa packs, complete heater, etc.) and large truck items which can take up to 2 to 5 weeks for delivery. If you are purchasing items that will be shipped via truck line (semi), please be sure to read the truck line shipment section below.
If a purchase weighs less than 13oz. total and the purchase is made by credit card, optional shipping by USPS can be selected. Shipping and handling will be determined at the time of shipment and the credit card will show a separate charge at that time for the shipping and handling. All orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified. If you choose to split the order and have multiple shipments, it is agreed that shipping will be charged on all separtate shipments
All shipments become the property of the purchaser once picked up by the carrier. Damage to product or packaging must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment to Customer Service via e-mail to customerservice@allpartspoolandspa.com. If a shipment is damaged, we strongly recommend documenting this fact at the time of receipt with digital photography so that we may effectively advocate on your behalf with the carrier.
Air shipments may at times be delivered late due to exceptions beyond the carriers control such as inclement weather, no access to delivery location, and so on in these cases, freight will not be refunded by the carrier or by All Parts Pool and Spa. If a package is delivered late due to mistakes made by the carrier, only the freight amount will be refunded to you by the carrier and by all Parts Pool and Spa. Service and handling fees will not be refundable in any case.
Domestic Default Shipping Rates
For orders within the continental US, default shipping is a flat-rate $16.95 for orders under $150. Special items, whole goods and large truck items are not included in determining the $150. For orders that select 2nd Day UPS shipping that are under $50, an extra charge of $3 will be added to your credit card.
For orders within the continental US that are over $150, shipping is free, with the exceptions as noted above. Additional shipping charges for the exceptions will be applied to the orders at the time of shipping and the credit card charged as necessary.
Additional shipping charges may be applied to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawai, Canada or US terrtories.
Truck Line Shipments
If you have purchased products that will be delivered to your home via truck line (semi), it is VERY IMPORTANT that you read and understand the following prior to the arrival and acceptance of your delivery.
Scheduling Delivery
You will receive a call to schedule the delivery of your freight. Be prepared to provide options for a delivery time. You must be present to sign for the delivery. If you instruct the trucker to make a delivery without being present, you will be liable for any damaged or lost merchandise. If you refuse delivery on the scheduled date/time, you will incur extra charges for redelivery and storage costs.
Inspecting, Accepting & Signing for a Delivery
You assume all liability for the contents of a shipment once you sign for it. You will not be compensated for any lost or damaged products that you accept and sign for free & clear.
You can accept a delivery as long as your follow these instructions carefully: 1) Make sure the number of pieces that arrive match the number of pieces listed on the bill of lading. If not, please note the correct number on the Bill of Lading. 2) Check to see if any of the shrink wrap or taping if it has been used is torn or damaged. If so, note this on the Bill of Lading. & 3) Remove any wrapping and check for opened or damaged boxes. Please note any visible damaged boxes. Please note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading. Take a photo of any visible damage.
